boat for a calm ride to cruise out to see the sunset or just enjoy a  
wonderful day fishing or snorkeling in the wonderful waters of the  
Florida Keys. Enjoy this two bedroom, two bath, full kitchen with  
all amenities and living area. 
Private resort style pool with Jacuzzi and beach area. Complete Bar  
with Gas Bar-B-Que.  
70' Private Dock with fish cutting tiki hut right in your back yard.

Vacation Rental Amenities

These peaceful quarters will accomodate you in everyway.  This two  
bedroom, two bath with full kitchen and living area will be all you  
need to be completely enveloped in tranquility. Television in every  
room with cable t.v.  Enjoy the sunset views from the terrace that  
also lets you relax and just read a book. 
Walking distance to shopping area.  In the heart of all commodities  
that you would need to enjoy our stay. If you can't catch your fish,  
walk down to the corner fish market and choose the fish of our  
dreams, take a picture then fry it up. No one will ever know you  
bought it.....

Activities and Attractions

Take a ride in your boat right from the dock that is located  
directly behind the pool area. Step into the Ocean to catch your  
favorite Dolphin, Wahoo, or Tuna!! Just minutes away from the best  
fishing areas in the Florida Keys or enjoy diving or snorkeling in  
the most precious reefs in Key Largo.  
So close to the world famous John Pennekamp Diving/Snorkeling park.   
Walk across the street and experience swimming with the Dolphins, an  
experience that you'll never forget. 
Walking distance to enjoy a stroll in the park or swim in the water  
park.  Also, a brand new skate park for the kids. Short distance  
from the wonderful Casino Cruises.

Vacation Rental Rates

All rates are based on weekly or monthly rentals.  Security deposit  
required to hold reservation.    
 
Reservations available from  
October 1st to April 30th - weekly rentals from 1,450 - 1,650. 
Special rates apply on Holidays - please inquire. 
Number of guests to be provided at time of reservation. 
 
Check in time 4:00 p.m. 
Check out time 11:00 a.m. 
No Smokers!! 
 
Cleaning Fee $150.00
