your arrival. Beautiful 1 bedroom 1 bath condo sits six stories high
and looks down the length of fabulous St. Pete Beach and the Gulf of
Mexico. The top floor location assures your privacy. Sit out on the
table on the spacious balcony for morning coffee and watch for
dolphins. Cuddle in the king master bed watching and listening to
the waves break along the shore below. Take a romantic walk along
the beach as the sun sets into the gulf and the beach skyline
lights. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with manicured lawns,
boardwalks and a private sunbathing area with lounges, tables and 2
stainless steel gas grilles. Large heated pool with plenty of
lounges. The recreation room has workout equipment, TV, couches, and
a full kitchen.
Through the interior decor we've tried to bring the feel of a
tropical floridian beach right inside. We strive to keep the condo fresh and new for our guests. There's a glass dining room
table with 4 comfy chairs. Large master bedroom with walk-in closet,
king size bed, TV, large dresser, 2 night stands, separate access to
the bathroom and sliders leading onto the balcony. There's a full
kitchen with everything you need. Spacious living room has a pull
out couch and an armoire contains the LCD TV, DVD players. There is a stereo with ipod dock, 5 cd changer and cassette for audio books.  Free Wifi and Free Beach Towel Service. Carpeting in the bedroom and livingroom. Tile flooring in the kitchen and bathroom.

"The Caprice was the perfect solution.  It was beautifully decorated and extremely clean.  It was very quiet and sitting out on the balcony in the morning, drinking coffee and watching the sun rise over the water was breathtaking as well as the sunsets.  To be able to roll out of bed and be on the beach in 30 seconds with no worry about parking and/or parking fees was priceless.  We love Florida and go quite often.  From now on, we will never stay anywhere else."

We celebrated our 42nd anniversary at this beach condo! It was a perfect getaway to watch the fireworks at St. Pete Beach, close to tennis courts, great restaurants, grocery stores and easily assessable for the bike trails. The accommodations were clean and well maintained and the price was right. “

minutes to Ft.Desoto Park North Beach, Dr. Beach's #1 beach in all
of North America. 30 minutes to downtown Tampa and Ybor City, Busch
Gardens, NHL, Hard Rock Casino, NFL Tampa Bay Buccaneers, the
theatre, Cruise Ship Authority and Aquarium. 15 minutes to Legends
Field, New York Yankees Spring training, Tropica Field And the
American League's Devil Rays. Antique shops, sugar white sandy
beaches, bicycle and scooter rentals, car rentals, public
transportation via trolley, jet ski rentals, fine dining, surf
casting, fishing excursions, a wide variety of restaurants,
snorkeling, surfing, swimming, wildlife viewing and last, but by no
