unit located directly on the ground level with walkout direct to the
beach and pool. Master bedroom with one King Sized bed, second
bedroom also with King bed and third with queen sized "Murphy" bed.
Queen Sized hide a bed in living room. The unit can sleep 6 to 8
in comfort. Only 24 units in this beautifully landscaped and
maintained complex, 8 each on 3 floors. The living room/dining area
and the master bedroom feature direct access and stunning view of
the Gulf of Mexico and the 200 foot wide white sand beach.
Vacation Rental Amenities
fully furnished, all dishes, glasswear and silverwear. microwave,
full kitchen appliances, wet bar in dining area, phone with free
local and long distance service, air conditioner, cable TV, VCR,
stereo, washer and dryer. All linens furnished. There is a high
speed internet connection available but you have to bring your own
computer.
The unit is extremely convenient to both area airports. It takes a
quick 15-20 minutes to get to St. Pete/Clearwater International and
20-30 minutes to Tampa International.
Activities and Attractions
On site: swimming in the Gulf, swimming in the heated pool and
lounging on the pool deck with a good book and cold drink. Walking
the miles of white sand beach. Watching the sunset from your patio,
living room or master bedroom. Watching dolphins cavorting in front
of the unit.
In the area: Only minutes from the fine restaurants and shopping on
Clearwater Beach but far enough away for peace and quite when you
want it. Deep sea fishing, wave runners and sailing are only
minutes away in either Clearwater Beach or Johns Pass to the South.
Downtown St. Petersburg is 30-40 minutes away with great shopping,
antiquing, museums and fine dining.

There is a cleaning fee of $60.00 per rental period and all rentals
are subject to the State of Florida Sales Tax of 11%.
