Vacation Rental Description

This 2 bed 2 bath spacious terraced villa is situated right on the 
beach in Calahonda.  The downstairs living area opens out onto a 
terrace which leads onto the gardens and pool area.  There is gated 
entrance leading down to the beach. There is a very large master 
bedroom ensuite with terrace looking over the ocean.  There is also 
a twin bedroom and family bathroom.  Upstairs is a roof garden.  
Playa Lunamar is a very respected complex in Calahonda with code 
gated gardens.  You can enjoy relaxing on your loungers from your 
downstairs terrace with perfect ocean views.  Very nicely furnished 
with air conditioning hot and cold.

Vacation Rental Amenities

2 bedrooms, 1 ensuite, 1 family bathroom, roof garden, downstairs to 
fully fitted kitchen including fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, 
kettle, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine.  Lounge/dining area 
complete with 2 cream sofas, coffee table, dining table and chairs, 
stereo, tv, dvd and video.  Table and Chairs on both terraces 
including sun loungers downstairs and built in BBQ. Just take 8 
paces and you are in the pool! a further 8 paces and you are on the 
beach!  Fantastic location. Absolutely 100% guaranteed.

Activities and Attractions

Walking distance to local "El Zoco" shopping centre including first 
class restaurants and local tapas bars, supermarkets, internet cafe 
and all your every day needs.  There is a small train which will 
takes you all around the hills in Calahonda.  Malaga airport is some 
35 minutes drive, I can arrange an airport run for you, Marbella is 
some 20 minutes drive, Cabopino Port where you can dine alfresco 
amongst beautiful surroundings, Puerto Banus some 30 minutes away.  
Water parks, zoos, animal and bird parks, caves, tennis clubs and 
golf courses all within a short distance.
