Unlike any house in downbeach area. Live like Hollywood elite for the
summer. House consists of 5 bedrooms each with their own
bath. Each bath has it's own
unique design. Wide plank hardwood flooring throughout house. Two
story stone fireplace in living
room with handscraped hard wood ceilings that run through main part of
the house. Doors are all
solid core wood and stained.
Large formal dining room with bamboo ceilings. Kitchen consists of
two tone cabinetry with Jennaire
appliances and AGA stove. Also has granite counters.
Basement is dedicated to entertainment. 12ft stone wet bar with inset
fish tank. Over a 1000
bottle
stone and wood wine cellar. 425 sq ft movie theatre with stadium
seating. Humidor Room. Plus
plenty of storage.
Exterior of the house consists of bamboo outdoor shower and built in
bbq. It is surrounded by
bamboo
and mahagony fencing with cobblestone stamped concrete that lead
through custom mahagony trellisses.
The house also has three large decks. the first floor deck wraps
around the side of the property
and
has steps that go down to the back yard. 3 of the 5 bedrooms have
access directly to the decks.
Everything in the Home is Custom.
