the tropical courtyard bearing the boardwalk down to Crescent 
Beach's pristine white sands.  Whales, dolphins, pelicans and sea 
turtles are some of the wildlife that can be experienced.  
Surfing (body and board), boogie boarding, fishing, shell collecting 
and just strolling down the beautiful beach are a few of the ways to 
fill your days with activities on the beach.  Tennis, shuffleboard 
and two heated pools offer additional on-site activities.  Golf, 
kayaking, windsurfing and deep sea fishing are excursions that can 
be booked in the area for additional fees.

Enjoy the myriad of activities or just relax in the sun, allowing 
your body and mind to drift along with the peaceful sound of the 
swell of the waves.  For families, singles, or couples, this Unit D-

Activities and Attractions

On site or nearby:  St. Augustine itself, only eight miles north, is 
the oldest city in our nation, offering incredible historic 
attractions, shopping, and fine dining establishments.  The area 
boasts over twenty golf courses, including the famous World 
Golf Village and the Tournament Players Club.

Swimming, surfing, sailing, kayaking, windsurfing, parasailing, jet 
skiing, boating, fishing, hiking, biking, shelling, golf, miniature 
golf, tennis, shuffleboard, shopping, dining, museums, national 
historic sites.

Less than 1.5 hours from the Jacksonville International Airport.  
Marineland is just down the street and Kennedy Space Center and 
Orlando are only two hours away.  The famous Lightner Museum and Ft. 
of Castillo de San Marco are located in St. Augustine, along with 
the Alligator Farm and one of the largest outlet malls boasting 95+ 
stores.  Ft. Matanzas, less than two miles away, offers a free ferry 
ride to the fort where a U.S. National Ranger will give you a tour 
and history lesson.
