Vacation Rental Description

Recently built and newly decorated, this first floor, 2 bedroom plus den Augustine model coach home  
with 2-car attached garage is located in The Enclave at Palmira.  The Enclave by Toll Brothers is  
the premier coach home development located in the safe, gated Palmira Country Club golfing  
community. The Enclave has its own private pool and hot tub just a few steps down the street from  
our unit. 
 
The 2050 sq. ft. unit faces south and west, with a lake/fountain view for bright sunny days and  
gorgeous evening sunsets. Well-equipped kitchen w/dining area, plus additional separate dining area  
in great room. Large master bedroom & bath w/ double sinks/vanities, huge walk-in closet, step-in  
shower, oval soaking tub, canopy-style king bed.  2nd bedroom has queen bed w/linens, large bath  
with tub/shower. 3rd bedroom/office has sofa bed, TV and high speed Internet modem. Brightly  
furnished lanai overlooks the lake, has access to kitchen, living room & master bedroom, and offers  
yet another dining nook for breakfasts. 
 
The living room has a new, wide screen high-definition LCD TV, plus a DVD for your rental movies.  
There are complete laundry facilities. All linens and towels furnished. In short--we provide  
everything you need except your clothes, tennis rackets, and golf clubs!

Vacation Rental Amenities

This is a golfer's heaven, with 27 holes of championship play. Palmira Golf Club went totally  
private in January 2007, but our guests will enjoy our golf membership transferred to them, and the  
right to play as one of fewer than 300 members. There is none of the crowding and waiting so common  
at other area courses, and no aggravating computer-based telephone tee time system. Our guests  
really do play a lot of golf, without the hassle so common at other courses. 
 
The elegant Clubhouse has superb facilities and spectacular dining. Our guests enjoy full access to  
the nearby Renaissance Center, which has two resort-class pools, a fitness center, tennis courts,  
dining with poolside service and a separate Italian sandwich/gelato shop. Check out the details at

Activities and Attractions

Many activities are organized at Palmira, such as golf tournaments, bridge, weekend entertainment,  
fishing trips, seminars, book clubs, special occasion parties/dinners, and much more. The dog track  
is located ten minutes away and a flea market is about six minutes away. There is a large grocery  
store and strip mall just one mile away. Seven miles to gulf beaches, 20 minutes to airport,  
Naples/Estero shopping and restaurants. Great discount mall ten minutes north on I-75. Plus, don't  
forget outdoor activities like fishing, birding, kayaking, pontoon rentals on Estero bay, and much  
more.
