property in exclusive ORMOND-BY-THE-SEA.This unit offers spectacular 
ocean views from the kitchen,living room,dining rooms and master 
suite.See the sunrise from the beautiful master suite or from the 
spacious balcony with outdoor seating.We have just added Plantation 
Blinds to every window and the glass sliding doors.

-All of the furniture and decor are all upscaled,not what you would 
normally see in a rental property,or even most hotels.It is 
elegantly decorated and all of the furnishings,decor and artwork 
were carefully selected so this vacation property stands out as one 
of the finest in the area.

-Located on the 7th floor of the most desired Seawinds building 
built in 1995
 
The building is key/code entry only,which makes it private.
What draws so many vacationers to Ormond-By-The-Sea is the fact that 
it has a semi-private NO-DRIVE beach,which makes it quiet,clean and 
most importantly safer,especially if you have children.

-Privacy,is one of the many features this property offers and that's 
considered important to many of our guests when selecting a vacation 
destination.
We have hosted many Honeymooner's and many couples celebrating their 
Anniversaries because of the romantic feel this property has 
with the added privacy.

-There is underground private assigned parking,which is gated and 
operated only with a remote, which is provided as our guest.Our 
assigned parking space is next to the elevator.There are carts in 
the garage for your luggage & groceries,which eliminates having 
to carry anything.There is additional parking,covered & uncovered
in the front of the building also available to all our guests.
The building and the condominium are Wheelchair Accessible.
The private pool also provides wheel chair access.

-Our beautiful condominium has central air and heat,that 
offers 2 large bedrooms [1 master suite & 1 junior suite]and 
2 baths.This property shows like a model.


-We have provided every necessity with all of the luxury.

-Please note:Our condominium and the building,The Seawinds,are 
equipped with sprinkler systems,alarm systems and smoke detectors 
that meet all safety and fire code requirements of Volusia County.

Vacation Rental Amenities

-Living Room - Faces the Ocean and is off the tiled furnished 
balcony,which also looks over the ocean,beach and the pool.You can't 
beat the views.Our Seawinds has been recently re-decorated with 18" 
Italian Tile,the walls have been freshly painted and new carpeting 
has also been added.There is a new 30" TV with a built-in VCR and 
DVD.

 -The Kitchen - Is completely equipped with a full size 
refrigerator/freezer.We have just added new granite countertops with 
a bar and barstools.I have re-designed the kitchen and the new 
kitchen features rolling shelves and brand new cabinetry.
Also included is a microwave,brand new self cleaning oven and 
smooth top range,dishwasher and a disposal.
Included is a coffee maker,toaster,blender,pots and pans,dinnerware-
sevice for 8,glassware and untensils.




-The Master Suite - Features a 25" TV with Cable and remote. 
The wall unit in the living room unit has built in lighting.
The king size bed,with pillow-top mattress in the master bedroom 
that faces the ocean and pool.Also a Dresser,TV Armoire and 2 
nightstands.
A new digital clock/radio as well as a cordless phone is provided.As 
you enter the master bath-there is a large walk-in closet with 
built-in shelves.
There is a new granite sink/vanity and in a separate room.In another 
area a separate shower and large oval bath.The master bath has all 
custom cabinetry providing much more storage for your personal items.
A hair dryer is also provided.
 
Guest Bedroom-Queen size new white Broyhill bedroom set with dresser 
and mirror.ColorTV with Cable ,remote and DVD built-in.The guest 
bedroom has door access to a bathroom all recently upgraded.New 
vanity and granite countertops have been added.A hairdryer is also 
provided in the guest bath.

-The Balcony- Is private and is completely furnished and tiled.The 
balcony seats 4 comfortably.
-We also offer all bedding,fine linens,pillows,towels,full supply of 
beach towels,1 beach blanket & beach chairs.

-There is a full size washer and dryer,additionally an 
ironing board and iron.

-There is storage for beach chairs,fishing 
gear,beach toys etc.

-2 cordless phones provided with unlimited local service,for long 
distance you must use a cell phone or calling card.There are phone 
jacks to hook up your computer in the kitchen,living room,master and 
junior suites.
 
-Cable is provided in both bedrooms and the living room.
Each TV [2] and 1 VCR has a remote.
 
-We also provide our guests with palying cards and board games for 
rainy day entertainment..

-There is a full size, private oceanfront pool.The pool is HEATED 
9 months a year.
You can see the ocean as you relax poolside.A private walkway that 
takes you right onto the semi-private beach,just steps away.The pool 
area is key access only which eliminates non-guest usage and offers 
privacy that you would expect in an upscale property.A key is 
provided to all our guests for pool access. 
The convenient "after-swim shower" is accessible to all 
our guests after a day on the beach.
There is a Wheel Chair access ramp at the pool as well.

-The grounds and landscaping are superbly maintained and the 
building is key/code only entry,which makes it safer and private.
The building,stairwells,parking garage,elevators and walkways are 
very well lit.

      If the only things you want between you and the ocean is the 
      beach and the pool...
   
                           YOU WANT AN OCEANFRONT PROPERTY....


-I get many questions on the difference between 
oceanfront,beachfront 
and oceanview properties.
The difference is that OCEANVIEW is not directly on the beach but 
across the street,which means there is a street between the property 
and the ocean and the beach.
OCEANFRONT and BEACHFRONT are directly on the Beach with no streets 
to cross.Some have advertised OCEANFRONT and/or BEACHFRONT when in 
fact it is OCEANVIEW.
The rates are generally lower for OCEANVIEW properties versus a 
rental right on the beach.
How this applies to Ormond Beach and Ormond-By-The-Sea,any properties
[condominiums] EAST of A1A [Ocean Shore Blvd.]is Oceanfront or 
Beachfront.Any properties WEST of A1A is OCEANVIEW.Please check 
carefully and know what you are paying for so you won't be 
disappointed when you arrive for your long awaited vacation.We have 
properties that are oceanfront and oceanview and we offer and 
advertise EXACTLY what our units are.There are many more oceanview 
properties in Ormond By The Sea and Ormond Beach because of the 
limited beachfront property that is available.

Activities and Attractions

-Enjoy miles and miles of beautiful sandy beaches with the safety of 
the NO-DRIVE beach.Much less worrisome if you have children.
This semi-private beach is not crowded and is famously known as 
"The Birth Place Of Speed".

-It is exceptionally clean,peaceful and picture perfect.
This condo has never been for rent before and newly offered as a 
vacation rental.A beautiful vacation destination for 
honeymooners,couples and a terrific family getaway. 

-This is a perfect place,if you are athletically inclined,for 
jogging,biking,running,sun-bathing,surfing or just taking long 
walks.You may be lucky to see a Shuttle Launch from Cape Canaveral 
nearby.

-This is a golfers paradise.Home of the LPGA,there are many courses 
to choose from,one located just a few miles away.

-Not included or on the property,but close-by:Tennis,boat 
rentals,parasailing,deep-sea/sport fishing,windsurfing,casino 
cruises from Ponce Inlet[casino cruises are 4 hours],miniature golf 
and much much more.

-Daytona Beach has a large Flea Market and many shopping malls if 
that is something you are looking for.The new Millenia Mall,in 
Orlando,is a must see for those who love to shop.

-There are some terrific restaurants,nearby,that offer superb 
seafood among many other types of cuisine.
Nearby hotels have live entertainment for those that enjoy the night-
life.

-You are just miles from all of the Daytona Beach attractions and an 
hour from Orlando for those wishing to visit the world-famous 
attractions,that make great day trips,such as:Disney World,Universal 
Studios,Epcot,Sea World,Discovery Cove [where you swim with the 
dolphins],The Central Florida Zoo and so much more.
More great Day Trips are the Kennedy Space Center,Blue Spring
[Manatee viewing],St Augustine,the oldest city in the country,for 
outlet malls,fine restaurants and so much more.

-Must be 25 to secure this rental

-I respond very quickly to all inquiries,sometimes in minutes
-We have additional photos of this unit upon request
-Rates subject to change until confirmed in writing and blocked on
 the calendar
-We require a $300.00 deposit to hold a reservation.The deposit
 is refundable 10 days after departure once the unit is cleaned 
 and checked and left in the same condition as upon your arrival.
-If there is a day blocked that you would like to BEGIN OR END a  
 rental term,I can still START OR END a rental week on those SAME 
 day[s]
 For example:If October 11-17 is blocked on the calendar[Saturday to 
 Saturday]I CAN END a rental week on October 11 OR if you would like 
 to BEGIN a rental week on October 17 I CAN BEGIN a rental week for 
 you.Check-out is 10AM and Check-in is 3PM.The cleaning company can
 have the property ready for arriving guests.
-Check-Out Time is 10AM
-Check-In  Time is  3PM
-Cancellation-The deposit is refundable provided cancellation is
 made 30 days before reservation arrival date.
-Any excessive cleaning or laundry will deducted from the deposit.
-We offer affordable weekend vacation rentals in the Fall[Sept-Dec]  
 except during special events and holiday's
