Myrtle Beach Resort in Myrtle Beach

The Myrtle Beach Resort is a beautifully landscaped oceanfront
vacation complex which has distinguished itself as one of the
favorite vacation destinations of the Grand Strand. It is nestled
on 33 peaceful acres with a majestic gated entrance off Business
Highway 17 (about 10 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from
Bypass 17). The complex has 24-hour security at the entrance and
constant 24-hour protection of the Resort and the beach area. Inside
the gates you will discover this ocean front wonderland filled with
recreational amenities (see description below). It is the perfect
destination for family vacations, romantic getaways, for the avid
golfers or for snowbirds in the winter.

Our unit is located by the beach on the fifth floor of the
Renaissance Tower. This two-bedroom non-smoking condo is spacious,
clean, nicely decorated, and fully furnished for all of your needs.
The unit has two full bathrooms, living room with TV/VCR, a separate
dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, stove,
microwave, and dishwasher. The master bedroom has one queen bed and
the second bedroom has 2 twins. There is also a queen-size sleep
sofa in the living room. A large and private balcony is accessible
from the living area and the master bedroom. The condo offers a
great oceanview from the balcony and the living area (see picture
above showing view from the balcony).

The many on-site amenities, available at no additional cost to
our guests, are part of the reasons why the Myrtle Beach Resort is
so popular. They include:
- lazy river
- six swimming pools (including one indoor heated, one outdoor
heated and another indoor/outdoor pool),
- three indoor whirlpools and one outdoors,
- an exercise room, saunas, steam rooms,
- six tennis courts (with lights for night play),
- basketball, shuffleboard, beach volleyball,
- a children's playground,
- two games rooms,
- an oceanfront cabana with food and beverage service,
- a convenience store, and
- laundry facilities in each building.

The resort is conveniently located and offers easy access to all of
Myrtle Beach to enjoy activities such as:
- golf,
- shopping,
- restaurants,
- shows,
- amusement parks,
- sailing,
- scubadiving,
- fishing and many others.

The weekly rates for 2009 (Saturday to Saturday) for our unit
are as follows (please see calendar above to check availability):

These rates represent significant savings compared to rates normally
payable for this type of unit. The above rates include departure
cleaning, processing fee, linens, and taxes. Between September 1
and March 20, anyone wishing to bring their own linens and towels
can deduct $40 from the above rates. A deposit of $150 is required
within 10 days of making the reservation. The deposit is refunded if
the reservation is cancelled at least 31 days prior to arrival date.

Lower rates are available for stays of more than a week. Monthly
rates, available from November to February, range from $750 to $900.

Pets are not permitted on the Resort and persons occupying the
condominium must include an occupant who is at least 25 years of
age. As well, fire regulations state that no more than six people
can occupy the unit.
