Once again we had a very enjoyable stay at David & Peggy's condo. It was quiet and peaceful with a view that never got old. This condo is a must place to stay while in the greater Charlotte area. We look forward to our next stay at this great location.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, sight seeing, romantic getaway

We stayed in the condo for a week in June. It was lovely! It was roomy and we loved the balcony. We had breakfast in the morning out there and wine at night. We are Nascar fans and the condo was centrally located to all the race shops, Lowe's Motor Speedway and Richard Childress Winery. We even took a day trip to the Biltmore in Asheville! We loved to take walks in the morning on the boardwalk and through the condos. Saw bunnies and a variety of birds. It's more quiet around there than we thought it would be. The restaurant next door is good also! We hope to rent there again soon!

We stayed here for 2 and 1/2 weeks during March
of 2009 and had a terrific stay. There's a good
restaurant within easy walking distance and plenty
more within a short drive. The condo, including
baths, kitchen and bedrooms is well equipped and
the location is perfect. We walked around the lake
each day and took advantage of the March sun on
the deck. We had no need for Peggy and David
while we were there but they were easily accessible.
I only hesitate to give a positive review because I'd
like to keep the place to myself.
