home is graciously decorated in a beach theme with comfortable
polynesian style furnishings. The living room and dining area are
direct oceanfront with a covered lanai. The livng room boasts
forever views of the ocean, beach, and Cape San Blas Pennisula and
beyond. Two of the bedrooms are direct oceanfront with private lanai
and their own bathrooms. The third bedroom is in the back of the
house but is convenient to each lanai. In addition there is an
outdoor after swim shower.

Outside, there is a sweeping set of wood decks accessed off either
oceanfront bedroom and beach or off the bedroom. It is perfect for
sunning during the day, a cocktail at sunset and watching the moon
rise over the ocean at night. The sunrises and sunsets at Amethyst
Cove sits within the exclusive Windmark development. This beach house
sits on an acre of white sand surrounded by the turqoise waters of
the gulf. This beach is perfect for all your beginning swimmers.
There is kayaking, shorefishing, and swimming. You will have a lot
of privacy at Amethyst Cove. This beach house is situated within
the exclusive and world renowned Windmark development, old Florida
charm still abounds. This beach house is about an hour from Panama
City or Tallahassee, yet it seems worlds away in a beautiful country
setting.

There are several general stores within a short distance. Within 15
minutes you will find a full size grocery store, fast food choices,
and plenty of local restaurants. For activities there are miles of
Gulf beaches for walking and jogging. Port St. Joe marina offers
sport fishing activities, snorkeling trips in the bay, and a museum.
There is an excellent golf course in Port St. Joe with reasonable
green fees. Amethyst Cove is maintained and managed by local
