Vacation Rental Description

Nestled on the ocean's edge, near Kaanapali Beach and Lahaina lies 
Papakea Resort. Papakea is a comfortable, friendly, unforgettable 
guest condo resort with a thoroughly Hawaiian atmosphere.

This is a 13-acre haven of tranquil freshwater lagoons and bridges, 
expansive lawns and colorful tropical landscaping. This beautifully 
decorated, oceanfront, 2nd floor, 2-bedroom condo with lanai, sleeps 
2-6, has full amenities and is located near great beaches, 
restaurants and shopping. Guests can enjoy meals on the lanai 
overlooking Papakea's garden paths aglow with amber tiki torches. 

In June 2001 we completely remodeled the condo. There is brand new 
kitchen with granite countertops, cabinets, carpet, paint, 
furniture, tile and etc.  You will love it! 

Rent direct from owner, our price is about 50% off what you'd 
normally pay.

Vacation Rental Rates

$255 per night - high season (Dec, Jan Feb, Mar, Apr, Jun, Jul, Aug) 
$235 per night - low season (May, Sept, Oct & Nov) 
$395 per night - Christmas rates (Dec 20 - Jan 5) 

We usually can offer up to 35% discount for bookings within the next 
30 days.

Pay 3 day deposit to hold your reservation. The balance is due at 
least 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. 
You can pay on our secure website or Send check (Cashiers/Registered 
Check, Personal/Business Check or Money Order) write check out to 
Ralph Knudsen and mail to Ralph Knudsen C/O Papakea Condo, PO Box 
1145, Kent, Wa 98035-1145. Be sure to tell us it is for 2 Bedroom 
G206.

Add 11.42% Hawaii Tax to all daily room rates (Hawaii General Excise 
Tax of 4.17% and Hawaii Hotel Room Tax of 7.25%).
No parking fees 
$100 Cleaning fee 

If you need to cancel, you need to give 60 days written notice prior 
to arrival for full refund (minus $100 transaction fee), otherwise 
the deposit will be forfeited. 

No Smoking, No Pets 
Children are welcome 

Cleaning - Daily cleaning 
is not included but is available for an extra fee. We do have a 
washer and dryer available for your use at no charge in the condo. 
Check-in time is after 3:00 PM – Check-out time is prior to 11:00AM. 
Sorry but late check-outs are not permitted.
