Oceanfront Condo, no driving on beach *New Lower Rate* in New Smyrna Beach

Our winter renter has had to cancel due to illness so my condo is available.  This is a very nice 2 bedroom 2 bath condo on the second floor, the
building has stairs and elevators. It overlooks the pools and
courtyard. Walk out on the balcony through the sliding glass door and
you have a wonderful view of the ocean. Sit on the balcony and relax,
enjoy the view and sounds of the ocean waves or watch your children in
one of
the pools. This part of New Smyrna Beach does not allow cars on the
beach so it is
more enjoyable and relaxing and is safer for the young ones playing in
the sand. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second
bedroom has two twin beds. The living
room sofa and love seat recline for comfort. Our unit is very clean,
recently painted, new appliances, new living room furniture, new second
bedroom furniture and decorated with a "beachie" theme. It is located
30 minutes from Kennedy Space Center, 30 minutes from Daytona Beach,
and one hour from Orlando and all it's attractions. Seacoast Gardens II is
the name of the complex.

No driving on this part of the beach, plenty of casual or fine
dining nearby. There is a large grocery store within walking distance.
Fully equipped kitchen, two TV's with cable, two large pools, one of them
heated, as well as two kiddie pools, nice courtyard and large wood
deck overlooking the ocean. There are four shuffleboard courts and the
property is very well maintained, there is on site property managers to
handle any issues. Our building has two elevators and two sets of
stairs and large laundry rooms. Dining, golf,
fishing, boating
all within minutes from the condo.

Rates: New Winter Rates: $1900.00 per month, 3 months or more $1800.00 per month. Add taxes (12.5%) and cleaning fee ($75.00).

New Summer Rate: $800.00 per week based on availability
plus taxes ($100.00) and cleaning fee ($75.00) If you are interested in
more than one week please contact me for additional special rates.
Regular rate is $1050.00 per week (Summer Rate) plus taxes and
$75.00 cleaning. Please note arrivals and departures are on
Saturday.
