parking (three parking spots total), and outdoor shower.

Within walking distance to the historic Gardiners Basin and Showboat Casino Hotel.  
The Marine Mammal Stranding Center and Sea Life Museum, Ripley's Believe it or Not, House of Blues 
Concert Hall, many great seafood restaurants and steak houses are all a few minutes away.  The 
Atlantic City Airport is only 20 minutes away.

May 18 - May 25           $1,500.00 weekly
May 25 - June 1           $1,800.00 weekly
June 1 - August 31        $1,700.00 weekly
August 31 - September 7   $1,800.00 weekly
September 7 - October     $1,400.00 weekly
November - February       $900.00 weekly
December 28 - January 4   $1,900.00 weekly
March - April             $1,400.00 weekly

Season Rental May 31 - September 6  $21,000.00 

Weekly rentals are from 3pm Sunday to 11am the following Sunday, or Saturday to Saturday - depending 
on availability.

July $5,500.00 for month
August $5,500.00 for month
September $4,000.00 for month

Summer weekend rates are $370.00 per night, 2 night minimum stay
Holidays are slightly higher


$500.00 security deposit required for weekend rentals
$600.00 security deposit required for weekly rentals
$1,500.00 security deposit for monthly rentals 
$2,000.00 security deposit for season rental
All security deposits returned 1 day after inspection

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your week.
Balance and security deposit are due 30 days prior to stay.  

Payments are accepted through Pay Pal or personal check.
