This is a beautiful two story home that has 3 bedrooms and two full
baths located in Keg Creek subdivision. Every room that looks to the
outside has its own deck. The home has a large great room down stairs
with a large full bar that came out of an old VFW. The great room
leads out to a large patio overlooking the lake. The house has a
mother -in-law room down stairs where the owner usually stays at
night. The yards are fully landscaped. There is a private dock as
well as a private boat house both with power to charge batteries etc.
The water levels have been low of late but the dock platform is
adjusted to the water level and is always in deep water. If the water
level is down 4 or 5 feet the boat house is not accessible. The dock
platform will handle 3 large bass boats and has power to charge

Bass Tournaments are usually $1400 ($200 per night with a 7 day minimum).  Sorry we do not rent for week ends.  We will consider a five day rental but the price will generlly be $250 per night or $1250 for 5 nights  depending on the time  of year etc.  Hoilday rates are more so e-mail for info concerning Hoilidays and  the Masters Golf Tournament in April.
