Beautiful 1st floor carriage home unit with a one car garage in
Copperleaf at the Brooks. Home is tastefully decorated and well
appointed. Entry gallery, laundry and kitchen have tiled flooring
and the rest of the unit is a neutral carpeting. Living room is
furnished with a brushed leather sofa, two chairs. Dining room
features seating for six. Master Bedroom has king sized bed and
triple dresser; luxury bath with soaking tub and separate shower.
Guest room has twin beds and the Den has a queen sleep sofa. The
lanai affords privacy via leafy palms while sporting a lovely view
of the 14th fairway and lake. The par 72 - 18 hole championship golf
course was designed by Gordon Lewis; gracious clubhouse with
restaurant and grill room; lighted tennis courts, heated pool and
jacuzzi. Wisteria Pointe also has its own heated pool and jacuzzi.
Wisteria Pointe is the friendliest neighborhood in all of
Copperleaf!! We have many social activities and fun times.

In addition to the golf membership transfer, this unit comes with a
transfer of membership in the Commons Club which gives you beach
access ($10. per visit); health club ($10. per visit) and Rosie
Spoonbills members only restaurant (Visa/Mastercard accepted). In
addition there are hiking and biking trails within the Brooks
community. Within the unit is high speed internet access along with
a printer/fax machine for your use and a separate fax line.

The Brooks lies between Naples to the south and Ft. Meyers to the
north. Many attractions including fine restaurants, movies,
theater, concerts, fishing and boating, prime shopping including the
new Coconut Point Town Center and outlet shopping minutes away. A
trip to the Everglades is less than an hour away, as well as the
islands of Sanibel and Captiva.

Minimum rental is one month....golf membership transfer with
additional fee (application fee plus transfer fee). Pet permitted
on case by case basis (additional security deposit required). High
speed wireless internet hookup and printer/fax included. Cable TV
service (4 TV's in unit). Access to the Commons Club (restaurant,
health club and beach access)... health club and beach access have
a "per visit" fee. May-September $2000.; October-December
$3000.; March $4500.; April $4000. (January & February not
available). Add 11% Florida tax; $1000. security deposit; $175. exit
cleaning.
