is located in the finished garage. This home has a new 35 ft. dock 
and private boat ramp. The ideal vacation home for the avid boater 
and just minutes away from restaurants, shopping and the beach.

Vacation Rental Rates

$ 1150.00 weekly November to April
$  900.00 weekly May to September

Price includes four persons.  Each additional person is $ 50.00 per week.

When you rent four weeks in a row, you will receive one week at no
charge.  This week is only good for a contiguous period of time within
the current rental period.  For example, if you wish to stay four
weeks August 01 to August 28, you will pay for three of the four
weeks.  This offer is limited to two free weeks during a rental
period.  This offer is not valid with any other discounts and may
change at the owner’s discretion.
