Ramsgate is a 9-unit, 3-story condominium with its own private
beach access and is directly off the Scenic-30A bike path and within
walking distance of Camp Creek Lake. The renowned Caribbean
enthused community of Rosemary Beach is less than 3-miles to the
east.

The living area has a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining area that
seats four. Washer/Dryer. TV/VCR/DVD and cable.
The bedroom holds a Queen-sized bed and there is a sleeper sofa in
the living area. 1-bathroom. The unit has ceramic floor tile
throughout.

Scenic-30A on the Northwest Panhandle of Florida runs 18-miles
between Destin to the west and Panama City Beach to the east. This
area is also branded as the Emerald Coast and is well-known for it's
lustrous powder-white sand beaches and balmy turquoise waters of the
Gulf of Mexico.

We have two golf courses directly off 30A: Santa Rosa Golf & Beach
Club -"Purest Golf on the Panhandle" - Golf Magazine. 18-hole, Par
72, measuring 6474 yds. Camp Creek Golf Club - "A mixture of savory
ingredients and a chef's attention to detail have helped concoct the
