Vacation Rental Description

A super one-bedroom, beach front condo with unobstructed 180-degree 
views of the Gulf from your living quarters and private balcony. 
The perfect, affordable escape for a couple or small family group.  
Ramsgate is a 9-unit, 3-story condominium with its own private 
beach access and is directly off the Scenic-30A bike path and within 
walking distance of Camp Creek Lake.  The renowned Caribbean 
enthused community of Rosemary Beach is less than 3-miles to the 
east. 

 

Vacation Rental Amenities

The living area has a fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and 
a dining area that seats four.  Washer/Dryer.  TV/VCR and cable.  
The bedroom holds a Queen-sized bed and there is a Queen-sized 
sleeper sofa in the living area.  1-bathroom.  The unit has ceramic 
floor tile throughout.  

Activities and Attractions

Scenic-30A on the Northwest Panhandle of Florida runs 18-miles 
between Destin to the west and Panama City Beach to the east.  This 
area is also branded as the Emerald Coast and is well-known for it's 
lustrous powder-white sand beaches and balmy turquoise waters of the 
Gulf of Mexico.

We have two golf courses directly off 30A:  Santa Rosa Golf & Beach 
Club -"Purest Golf on the Panhandle" - Golf Magazine.  18-hole, Par 
72, measuring 6474 yds. Camp Creek Golf Club - "A mixture of savory 
ingredients and a chef's attention to detail have helped concoct the 
golf equivalent of a culinary masterpiece" - Rex Hoggard, Golf 
Week.  
Located between Seacrest Beach and Rosemary Beach, an 18-hole, par 
72 
championship course measuring 7,151 yds.  

Scenic Route 30A Bike Path -- The bike path meanders through quiet 
communities, alongside lakes, through woodlands and beach areas.  
The 
path runs from Blue Mountain Beach to Inlet Beach, 18-miles in 
length 
with 9-miles being off road.  A real fun activity for all the 
family.  Bike rentals are available throughout 30A.

Unique boutiques, fine-dining and family restaurants throughout 
Scenic-30A.

+ a $65 cleaning fee & 11% tax.
Rented monthly November-February:  $1199.
Spring commences March 1 until prior to Memorial Weekend.
Summer runs from Memorial Weekend to mid-August.
Reservations made for teenagers or young adults (under 25-years of 
age) will not be honored.
We accept checks and all amajor credit cards.
