Vacation Rental Description

Like new home is elegantly furnished,gas log fireplace
Front and screened side porch with rockers in place. Beautiful large
rooms.  Well equipped kitchen-formal dining. Comfortable furniture and
beds! This home was professionally decorated and it shows it! All
included linens etc.
The very large front and back yard is breathtaking.  Rock walls and
all kinds of local shrubbery and trees.  Plenty of parking! It sits on
a hill overlooking the main highway coming in to Tryon. The views are
wooded and hills.Cable

Vacation Rental Amenities

Rental offers use of a boat house located on Lake Lanier.The boat
house sits right on the Lake and is located app 1 mile from the home.
 It has a kitchen and everything needed to enjoy the lake and views of
Warrior Mountain! Wonderful restaurants are in walking distance of the
main house!

Many Golf Courses within 15 min every directions.
Tryon Country Club and Golf Course is app. 10 min. from home 

Activities and Attractions

Home is located within city limits of Tryon. Walk the mountain roads 
around Lake Lanier. Enjoy all Lake Lanier offers from the Boat House
included with the home rental. Down town Tryon is 1/4 mile from the
home and  is like walking back in time!!! 
A movie at one of the last orginal movie theaters. Wonderful shopping 
and all types and fine and casual dining.  Antiques shops, site see, 
and horse riding among the most beautiful horse farms in the Carolinas. 
Visit historical Saluda   small town on a high beautiful mountain! A
15 minute drive. Visit Ashville in 30 minutes or Charlotte in a hour
and a half.  Close to Greenville and Spartansburg South Carolina.  
Wonderful local churches! If you have never been to this area and you
like the mountains this would be the best time you ever spent.  

Vacation Rental Rates

This is an exceptionally clean and very well furnished home.  Only 1
small pet allowed.  It is offered on a month only rental. It is rented
in 08 for the months of Jan and Feb and to date will be available
other dates after that. 
Everything is in place that would be needed!

Rate is $1,200 a month no exceptions for shorter periods of time. 
More than a month considered.  Price remains the same
