The Benz Beach House provides you with an eclectic and modern interior, complete with everything you 
need for a wonderful vacation stay.  Enjoy sipping your morning cup of coffee while sitting on the 
front porch or walk to the local's favorite riverfront cafe for a delicious breakfast.  
Open the french doors to the gorgeous pool and savor the Florida river and ocean breezes.  Hop on 
the beach cruisers for an evening bike ride in this established neighborhood or stroll to the jet 
ski rentals located riverfront less than 1 block away.  Location makes this home your perfect 
choice!  Located on prestigious Peninsula Drive and just down the street from the Dunlawton Bridge, 
you have the finest of Seafood Restaurants, docks for fishing, Publix shopping center and much more 
at your fingertips.

aerial view of Ponce Inlet and its surrounding areas.  Charter fishing boats available at a nearby

Weekly Rate....$975 plus tax ~ 6 nights

3 night rentals.....$500 plus tax 

$300.00 Security Deposit (Refundable)..No cleaning fee charged to 
our guests! 

SPECIAL EVENT RATES VARY!  PLEASE CALL OR EMAIL FOR RATES AND AVAILABILITY!

50% of rate or $300.00 Security Deposit, whichever is less is 
required to confirm reservation. 

Check ins - 3:00 PM ~ Checkouts - 10:00 AM

*Cancellation Policy* In order to receive refund, you must cancel 
your reservation no later than 72 hours prior to check-in. (Special 
Events/Holiday Weeks not included)
