Here's a vacation home that has everything you ever wanted in your
own home...Big Refreshing Pool...oversized bubbling spa....lots of
room for everyone to relax and unwind. You'll have trouble taking
your eyes off the brilliant picture of the PLASMA TV!! Enjoy a
diverse selection of DVD's as well as a PlayStation2 Game Console
along with old fashioned family style board games. In the game room,
you'll have trouble deciding whether to play air hockey, foosball or
darts...and if you can't make up your mind, grab a bike out of the
garage and go for a ride! Check your email or look up a recipe for
grilling steaks on the computer connected to High Speed Internet.
Put some of those big steaks on the brand new gas BBQ Grill that
sits on the pool deck.
Vacation Rental Amenities
The four bedrooms are each unique in their own way. The Master
bedroom features a King Size Bed and a luxurious master bathroom
with oversized tub-for-two, big shower stall and plenty of counter
space. The televsion is wall mounted so that you can watch tv in bed
comfortably late into the night, or first thing in the morning. The
kids will be vying for the SpongeBob bunk bedroom. Brightly
decorated and appointed with the popular cartoon character, it's a
kids dream come true. Bedroom number 3 has a pair of twin beds, and
a wall mounted television for comfortable viewing. The fourth
bedroom has a Queen sized bed and serves as a second master with
it's own bathroom. It has a wall mounted television to make viewing
comfortable from the lazy confines of bed. With both a family room
and a living room, everyone will have their own space to relax
without crowding anyone else. The Kitchen serves as the hub of the
house, it's big and within easy reach of the entire home. You can
choose to dine at the breakfast table or get a bit more formal in
the dining room. Soooo....Let's recap! 5 Televisions, 2 VCR's, 2 DVD
Players, Direct TV, Stereo, PlayStation2, foosball, air hockey,
darts, board games, bicycles, BBQ, Pool, Spa, 4 Bedrooms, 3

Activities and Attractions
The villa is located on the gated Emerald Island resort which is
less than 3 miles from DISNEY. It takes 5 minutes to drive to Animal
Kingdom and Blizzard Beach. It is approximately 25 minutes drive to
Orlando International Airport.
There are numerous restaurants within a mile of the resort including
Red Lobster, Outback, Cracker Barrel, Dennys, Carrabas, Golden
Corral and many many more.
Vacation Rental Rates
1 September to 29 February £525 per week / $840 per week
1 March to 31 May £560 per week / $875 per week
1 June to 31 August £595 per week / $980 per week
Easter, Xmas & Thanksgiving £700 per week / $1,155 per week
Prices in US dollars DO NOT include taxes.
Pool heat is an extra £85 or $150 per week.
Stays less than a week incur a cleaning surcharge of £50 or $90.
A deposit of £100 or $175 is required for each week booked.
