Keuka Lake. 85' of  lake frontage with beautiful lake view. Sliding 
glass doors open onto a spectacular 900 sq. ft. deck/dock equipped 
with large roll-out awning, boat whips and folding ladder into the 
water. 

The first floor includes a large fully equipped modern kitchen, 
living room with walk-out to deck/dock and laundry room/bathroom. 
Second floor includes 3 spacious bedrooms and modern bathroom. The 
master bedroom opens onto a  2nd level deck with a hot tub. 
Experience the beauty of Keuka Lake right at the waters edge. 

Check-in Friday 3pm . . . Check-out Friday 10am

Hot tub, 900 sq. ft.deck/dock right on the water, roll-out awning, 
paddle boat, canoe, 2 TVs/DVD (living room, master bedroom), cable TV,

chairs, 2 Adirondack chairs, some water toys, extra fold-up single bed
