Double) Rollaway bed available with previous request. $10/night

This 2 large bedrooms/ 2.5 bath house also includes washer/dryer, 1
car garage, bbq gas grill, picnic table, DVD player, stereo w/ 5 CD
changer, Cable TV throughout, beach chairs, beach towels, beach
cooler, and all kitchen appliances necessary to prepare just about any meal.
Dining room table for 8. Complete with all linens.

45 minutes to Cape Canaveral, 1 hr. to Disney area, 1 hr. to St.
Augustine, and 1 hr. to Orlando

Shopping, Dining, etc. all nearby.

3-night minimum.
Rates range from $89/night -- $600/week for non-events and
$250/night-$1500/week for special events/holidays. E-mail for Pepsi
400, Bike Week , Speed Week , and Special Event rates. Refundable $250 security
deposit required for rental. Deposit raised to $500 for special
events. A cleaning fee additional to rates.
LOCAL TAX NOT INCLUDED IN NIGHTLY RATE.
Early check-in and late departure available at no extra charge if
house isn't rented immediately after your rental terminates.
