KING BED only.  Please do not inquire if you are more than 2 adults and possibly one small child.

You'll have a microwave, coffeemaker,  toaster oven , a portable double  burner, and a dorm size fridge/freezer.   You'll be provided with fry pans, pots, dishes, glasses, silverware, etc.   King Size bed, dinette set, leather high back sitting chairs, and balcony chairs provided.  Very comfortable to stay for the season.

This is a condo hotel with amenities such as a large heated pool, covered parking garage, coin operated washer/dryer.  Our unit is privately owned and maintained.  On site private beach access,  public restrooms , and nearby vehicle beach access.

Wi-fi available for $4.95/day or $12.95/week.  

 Walking distance to the Main St. Pier and shops/movies/dining.

Rates range from $59/night -- $395/week -- $800/month  for non-events and
$150/night-$925/week - $1100 mo. for special events/holidays. E-mail for Pepsi
400, Bike Week , Speed Week , and Special Event rates. (7-NIGHT MINIMUM FOR BIKE WEEK AND SPEED WEEK)  Refundable $250 security  deposit required for rental. Deposit raised to $350 for special
events. A cleaning fee may be additional to listed rates.
LOCAL TAX NOT INCLUDED IN RATES.
Early check-in and late departure available at no extra charge if
condo isn't rented immediately after your rental terminates.

via PAYPAL. If opting for PAYPAL a 3% surcharge will be added for
processing fees.
