Located on top of Carrillo Hill, the views are spectacular and the drive to the most poplular Santa Barbara destinations is three minutes or less (SB Zoo, Chase Palm Park, SB Mission, downtown and State Street, beach, Eling's Park, Stearn's Wharf, etc.).

With fine linens and brand new mattresses, two queen beds, a twin fold out bed and pack-n-play crib offer an amazing night's sleep. A hot tub, ping pong table, toys for kids and a sunny and relaxing patio with seating for six provide great leisure time activities.

Little ones will be safe in the fenced patio yard off the kitchen and living room and you'll have great visibility of their play while you relax in the living
room or cook in the kitchen.

The living room boasts views of downtown Santa Barbara as well as
the mountains of the Los Padres national forest.

A charcoal BBQ is available as is a ping pong table for
table tennis stars in your party! Board games and recently
released DVDs are available for indoor entertainment.

The two very large bedrooms with vaulted ceilings provide
comfortable amenities. Bedroom one opens onto the patio and has fabulous views of the mountains and a sneak peak at the ocean. Bedroom two steps to its own half bath and includes TV, ocean view and twin fold out mattress and pack-n-play crib.

This non-smoking home is walking distance to dining, shopping or
other services at the Mesa Village Center. The Village includes
Foster's Freeze, Starbucks, Manhattan Bagel, Lazy Acres (natural
foods), Subway, Deano's Pizzeria, Smoothy Shop, Drug Store, Mira
Bella Salon (hair, nails, facials, etc.) and grocery store.
Restaurants in the Village include Chinese, Japanese, Mexican, Tai,
Tapas Bar and the Mesa Cafe with burgers, salads and great
breakfasts. All are within walking distance from the house (12-15
minutes).

Two parks are nearby; A five minute walk to Hilda Ray Park, perfect
for kids 6 and under. Escondido Park, complete with play structure,
swings, and basketball court, is a 12 minute walk and good for kids
of all ages. A public bus stop is also available, one block from the
home.

Sorry, in most instances this home does not accept pets.

"We stayed in this cozy cottage for a long weekend and loved it. It
was perfect for our family of four. The photos don't do it justice -
it's very cute, and very clean. The rooms were nicely decorated, and
there were plenty of towels, extra blankets and pillows as well as
kitchen utensils/plates, etc. We had a lot of fun with the ping-pong
table, and enjoyed a couple of relaxing evenings barbecuing and
