Toft's Point-West (Waterfront Cottage) in Door County

Your chance to live on the water!Toft's Point West is a cozy,secluded one bedroom cottage on 200 feet of rocky Green Bay shore with open views to Green Island and Chamber's Island. No sunset is the same and the property is a photographer's paradise with resident blue herons,white pelicans,
bald eagles, pileated woodpeckers and other birdlife attracted to
this quiet spot. For this, no firearms, firecrackers or jet skis are
allowed. This is a smoke-free cottage. The cottage is fully insulated with furnace for use in the cooler weather.

The property is located off a half circle lane at 6545 Monument Point Lane, 11 miles north of Sturgeon Bay and 6 miles south of Egg Harbor. There are windows affording water views from everyroom and a large deck accessed off the dining and livingroom facing the water. The  addition features a full kitchen/dining area with plenty of light from breakfast through sunset. New furnishings and flatscreen tv add comfort to your stay.

Lawn and gardens surround the cottage. April starts off  with naturalizing daffodils, crocus and tulips and the return of migratory ducks.   May continues as the  woods display a carpeting of trillium and other native wildflowers and the  return of the white pelicans. Each season is unique.

waterview. Knotty pine interior with rustic maple hardwood floors
throughout except bedroom which is carpeted and bathroom which is
tiled. Lawn and gardens surround.

Great place to bike in any direction whether you follow the bike
path north or south on Bay Shore Dr., challenge yourself to the hills
or travel the inland country roads. You have it all just outside the
door. Door County triatholon starts at Murphy Park(sand beach) just
3 miles north so neighborhood is great for biking,swimming or
running.

If you like to fish and have a boat, the Old Quarry boat launching facility is only 6 miles away. Perfect spot to catch the bald eagles and white pelicans, relax and enjoy the Outer Bay of Sturgeon Bay.

The villages of Egg Harbor, Fish Creek, Ephraim are within easy driving distance and have unique shops,art galleries,restaurants and
vacation activities to entertain diverse interests.

Peninsula Players, American Folklore Theater, Birch Creek can offer you
