Vacation Rental Description

Luxury chalet at 4000 ft adjacent to the Nantahala National Forest.  
It's completely secluded with the next house a good 20 minute walk 
away.  Easily reached on the 1/2 mile private road off Hwy 64 (2 
wheel drive advisable in winter).  Simply stunning views available 
from the luxurious wrap-around porch.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Relax on the wrap-around porch or next to the fireplace.  A 
separate bunkhouse and bath will allow parties of 12 comfortable 
accomodations.  Private outdoor hot tub will keep six people 
pleasantly toasty (even in the snow as this designer recently 
discovered), big kitchen . . . its the perfect getaway for a high-
end vacation.  Upstairs there is the living room, the master bedroom 
with private bath, the kitchen, a guest bathroom with a full hall 
bath, washer/dryer.  Downstairs is the enormous "fun" room with 
poker table, pool table, TV/DVD player as well as the third guest 
room.

Activities and Attractions

A one million acre backyard!  The cabin lies directly on the edge of 
the of the Nantahala National Forest.  Hunting, riding, 4 wheeling, 
are favorite pastimes and most definately encouraged.  You're within 
a half hour drive of Franklin with all the typical facilities of a 
medium sized town (movie theatre, rentals, grocery stores, etc...).  

Vacation Rental Rates

$250 per night (3 night minimum) or $1200 a week.  There is a $500 
security deposit (refunded 5-10 days after departure), renter 
cleaned (no cleaning fee).  We accept checks, money orders, and all 
major credit cards through the secure online Pay Pal service.  
Holiday and special events rates are subject to change.
