drive via the Osceola Parkway takes you right into Disney World. A  
local shopping mall is located just minutes away from the home. 
The air conditioned accommodation consists of: 
Large living room with beautiful wood floor, 2 x 3 seater sofas,  
loveseat, TV, VCR, DVD, 
A dining table and chairs comfortably seating six.  
Family room completely tiled with 2 sofas and portable CD/radio for  
relaxation. 
A modern well fitted kitchen with built in cooker, extractor,  
dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, washer, dryer. 
 
Master bedroom: King bed, TV, VCR, ceiling fan, closet and access to  
the pool. 
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, TV, ceiling fan, closet

Low season = $115 plus tax per night 
High Season = $125 plus tax per night 
Peak season = $135 plus tax per night 
(Tax = 13% - 6% Osceola County Tourist Tax + 7% Florida Sales Tax)
