Weekly rental located on a half-acre lot in private Lake
Conway/Belle Isle neighborhood. Home is part of a quiet
subdivision on a cul-de-sac street with no through traffic. After a
day at the attractions you will be ready to escape to this 2000
square foot vacation rental without any of the traffic or crowds
that you have dealt with all day!

Home offers four (4) bedrooms and two (2) full baths. A large
dining room and living room is nicely furnished for you to relax
when you take a break from all the activities that are available in
Central Florida.

There is a very large enclosed sun porch overlooking the newly
renovated pool for daily or nightly pleasure. A sofa bed is located
on the porch for additional sleeping if necessary.

Home is located across the street from pristine Lake Conway. A
walking/bike path (5 miles) surrounds the lake. Fishing, swimming,
boating is available via community lakefront lot at the end of the
street. Prior arrangements required for access during your stay.

Three (3) miles from Orlando International Airport. Easy highway
access to all attractions and convention center. Multiple golf
courses, restaurants, shopping malls within 5-10 minute drive. This
property is conveniently located to provide access to east/west
coast beaches. Beautiful Cocoa Beach/Cape Canaveral is less than an
hour away. West coast beaches (Clearwater/St. Pete, etc.) can be
reached in less than 90 minutes. Florida's world famous Daytona
Beach is just over an hour drive from this property.

On Property: Newly renovated in-ground pool, large sun deck
surrounding pool, barbecue grill, lounge chairs and rafts for
enjoying the pool.

Fully equipped kitchen that includes refrigerator with icemaker,
range, cook top, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, teapot,
blender, toaster and plenty of utensils and dinnerware for a crowd.
Sip a cold drink by the pool or on the patio in our variety of
stemware.

Dining room will seat 8 comfortably. Fireplace in dining room for
intimate dinners or socializing with friends and family. High chair
is provided for the little ones in your party.

Living room will comfortably accommodate a large crowd. 32"
television with cable service and DVD player. XBOX can be provided
for a fee. Extensive list of movies available - please ask for list
prior to your stay so we can be sure to have movies on site.

Full size washer and dryer on site. Iron and ironing board are also
provided.

Split plan with master bedroom on one side and remaining bedrooms on
opposite side of house. Bedrooms are furnished with high quality
mattresses/box springs, complete with 300+ thread count linens.
Clock radios available in all rooms. All rooms have large closets
and shelving for clothing storage. Dresser space available in
Master Bedroom and Bedroom 2. Rooms are furnished as follows:

Master Bedroom - King size bed - Bathroom en suite - shower only, no
tub. Television w/DVD player.
Bedroom 2 - Double Bed, television.
Bedroom 3 - Queen size bed. Crib is in this room for your
convenience.
Bedroom 4 - Twin Beds
Enclosed patio - Queen size sleeper sofa.

Bathroom (tub with shower) with access to enclosed patio/pool is
shared for bedrooms 2, 3, and 4.

Standard Rate $850.00 per week, taxes included
Holidays $1100.00 per week, taxes included

As we have found, every request is unique so please contact us via
email or phone to discuss your specific needs and we can work to
adjust the rates to accommodate your trip. SPECIAL OFFER - Bookings
of two weeks or longer will qualify for a $100 per week discount off
the normal weekly rate. Additional charges will apply for more than
four (4) guests per stay.

Reservations of less than three (3) nights will not be accepted.
Less than full week rental - $150/day

Refundable Security Deposit Required on ALL rentals - $300.00
Cleaning Fee - $75.00 per stay

Monthly rates are available and based on individual needs/requests.
