Vacation Rental Description

Located directly on the beach, this South Seas Tower Unit is a 2 
bedroom / 2 bath condominium with extraordinary views and 
accommodations.  The unit is fully equipped with everything you 
could possibly need including towels, linens, beach chairs, games, 
etc.  

Additionally, the unit has central air conditioning & heat and can 
sleep 6 people comfortably.  Just bring your toothbrush and bathing 
suit and enjoy all the comforts of home in a tropical paradise!

Views:  This unit is a rare wing unit which provides 180 degrees of 
viewing from the Gulf of Mexico in the west, to beautiful Naples in 
the North, to panoramic island views in the east.  

Kitchen:  Fully equipped with everything you would find in your 
kitchen at home: refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, ceiling fan, 
microwave, toaster, coffee maker, waffle maker, dishes, glassware, 
flatware, pots & pans, etc. 

Dining Room:  Situated directly off of the kitchen and connects with 
the Living Room. The room features features seating for six, a large 
china cabinet, and a buffet.

Living Room:  Featuring a sectional sofa, arm chair, various coffee 
and end tables, ceiling fan, and an entertainment center with cable 
TV and DVD.  This room has direct access to the Lanai.    

Master Bedroom:  Featuring a king size bed, dresser, tall chest, two 
night stands, ceiling fan, 27" cable TV, and ample closet space.  
This room has direct access to the Lanai and a private bathroom with 
tub/shower.     

2nd Bedroom:  Featuring (2) twin beds, dresser, ceiling fan, 25" 
Cable TV w/ VCR and closet space.  Directly off of the 2nd bedroom 
is a 2nd bathroom with tub/shower.   

(2) Full Bathrooms:  Each bathroom contains a sink with counter 
space, medicine cabinet, and under sink storage.  Additionally, each 
bathroom has a shower/ tub combination with a detachable shower head.

Balcony:  Located off of the Master bedroom, Living Area, & Dinning 
room, overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, Tigertail Beach, Scenic 
Naples, and Marco Island.  Perfect for a morning coffee, afternoon 
nap, or breathtaking sunset.  Contains 4 chairs, 2 lounge chairs,and 
1 table.   

Vacation Rental Amenities

The South Seas Club is a private gated community, with 24-hour 
security, that occupies 55 acres on the North-Western part of Marco 
Island.  This unit in particular is located directly on the beach in 
Tower #1.  The community includes immediate access to over 4 miles 
of white, sandy beach, heated swimming pools w/ chickee huts for 
shade, tennis courts, boat docks, fitness rooms, and walking paths 
through tropical landscapes.  The property is handicap accessible 
with wheelchair access to all the amenities including the beach and 
pool.  Additionally, laundry facilities are available on each floor 
along with covered parking directly outside the property.

Although the rental assignment period will be (1) month, occupancy 
is up to you.  Examples:  Multiple weekends, 3 Weeks, 4 Weeks, etc.

YOU WON'T FIND A BETTER UNIT ON MARCO FOR THESE PRICES!  Effective 
July '05 the unit was remodeled as carpeting and furniture was 
replaced.
