Vacation Rental Description

  This beautiful 300 meter  3 bedroom and den Penthouse is directly 
on the beach with unabstructed views of Acapulco bay and a large 
terrace.The apt comes with a full time maid.The apt has three TVs 
and a stereo cd player with surround sound and DVD.All TVs have open 
access dish tv and cable.
  The aptartment also comes with complimentary high speed wireless 
internet access. There is comlimentary long distance calling to the 
United States and Canada (vonage) from a regular land line 
telephone.The apt has one queen bed in the master bedroom.The master 
bathroom has a jacuzzi .A Beautiful fish tank is built into the 
wall.The second bedroom has two single beds and bathroom and the 
third bedroom has two double beds and a bathroom.There is a den off 
of the bedrooms as well as a living room and dining room.There is 
also a seperate sevice room with washer and dryer and bathroom.You 
can also sit on the terrace and enjoy the view as well as have 
breakfast or dinner.The kitchen has granite counter tops.The entire 
apt has recessed lighting and is beautifully decorated with 
sculptures and paintings.There is room for eight people to stay in 
the apt.

   The condominium has complimentary open bar at the pool and beach 
area.This includes all drinks(margaritas,pina coladas etc) and fruit

Vacation Rental Rates

September 1-December 15th is $350 a day

December 15th-Janruary 4th is $900 a day

Janruary 4th-April 24th is $400 a day

April 24th-July 5th is $350 a day

July 5th -August 31 is $350 a day. A security deposit is required 
depending on the number of days
