beach(see photo -- your actual beach) and the intercoastal (1/2 block due west).
Fully furnished and redecorated rooms. Polished terrazzo
marble floors throughout. Take a short walk to cabaret style
restaurants on the boardwalk for dinner or minutes drive to night
life music and cuisine in the 'new in place to go' of downtown
Hollywood. If instead you like the crush and excitement of the
crowds you're only 15 minutes North by car to Ft. Lauderdale's night
life or 20 minutes South to Miami and South Beach.

Central air conditioning and heating.  Cable TV and Wifi.  Ceiling fans in all rooms along with jalousie windows for natural cooling on balmy nights.  Fully stocked with linens, dishes, and extras such as beach chairs and umbrellas, games, DVDs, VHS tapes, and reading materials. 

Master bedroom (see photo):
with king size bed, private all-ceramic tile full bath
with updated vanity, walk-in closet, bureau, dresser,
nightstands, desk, ethernet connection, and cable TV.

Second bedroom (see  photo):

with double bed, closet, dresser, nightstands, and cable TV with VCR.

Third bedroom:
with two twins, closet, dresser, nightstands, and cable TV with VCR.

Second Ceramic tile full bath:
with updated vanity. Conveniently located in the hallway between the
second and third bedroom.

Large dining room (see  photo):
complete with beautiful Key West style furnishings. Table and chairs
seat 6-8.

Renovated, fully equipped eat-in kitchen (see photo):
with dishwasher, ceramic tile counters, ceramic stovetop with oven,
2nd oven converts from microwave to regular oven to "speedcooker".
Fully stocked with dishes, silverware, glasses, pots, pans and small
appliances. Large walk-in pantry.

Large,separate living room (see photo):

Two sofas(1 with queen pullout bed), coffee table, end tables, reading chair with ottoman, and entertainment center with Cable TV/VCR/DVD player.

Separate laundry room:
with new washer and dryer, utility sink, and indoor beach
shower.

Sun porch:
Equipped with deck chairs, cushioned bench, and table with chairs.

Off street parking with attached private car port.(see photo)
Building contructed of solid concrete affording quiet, safe
and secure atmosphere.

Swimming and sun bathing on the "Blue Wave" awarded Hollywood beach only one block east.  The "Blue Wave" designation is awarded only to the best beaches in the country.  Lifeguards are posted daily to make Hollywood Beach safe for families and their children.  Wifi is provided all along the beautiful new stone broadwalk. 

Bikes of all types are rentable on the boardwalk. Separate lanes
segregate walkers and riders preventing collisions.
Watercraft (e.g. Sea-Dos,etc.) and other rentals are just up the
road for use on the intercoastal or ocean.
Off-hours you can go surf fishing or catch a big one only minutes
away at the famous Dania Fishing Pier.

Or, if you like another type of sport, try the worlds fastest, Jai-
Alai played at the Dania fronton. There are Golf courses minutes
away in every direction (but due east :-).

Movie theatres, Casinos, Playhouses, restaurants, shops, spas (try the luxurious spa at the Westin Diplomat!), art galleries all minutes away in downtown Hollywood, Ft. Lauderdale or Miami with a range of style and price to suit any taste or income bracket.

Off Season:$1400/wk ($500 deposit to confirm reservation)

Deposits are subtracted from total amount due at check-in.

Non-Refundable Cleaning Fee:

1-2 week stay $150
3-4 week stay $300

Additional Days are 1/7 of weekly rate.
Refundable Security Deposit: $200 (optional at owners discretion)
