Vacation Rental Description

StudioinParis offers you a convenient studio apartment in a great 
location, within central Paris. It  has been recently renovated to 
suit your needs while staying in Paris. Additionally, the owners, 
one American (who speaks French) and one French man (who 
speaks english), are willing to assist you during your visit to 
Paris.

The studio is centrally located in Paris at 5 rue Saint Nicolas, on 
a charming little street, in the 12th arrondissement, just near the 
Place of the Bastille and the Opera Bastille, between rue du 
Faubourg Saint-Antoine and rue Charenton. 

The studio is just a 5 minute walk from two Metro Stations : Ledru Rollin (Line 8) and 
Bastille (Line 1), which will take you directly to some of the most 
famous and historic sites in Paris, such the Notre Dame de 
Paris, le Musée du Louvres, the Marais, Place de la Concorde, 
Musée  d’Orsay, the Champs Elysées etc…

Additionally,  the studio is about 15 to 20 minutes walking distance from the 
Marais and the Place Des Vosges.

The studio is located on the 5th floor (top floor, with partial 
inclined roof) of a French apartment building, which has a lift and 
a coded entry. It has 2 windows facing east  and has a view of 
Parisian rooftops.

The studio can comfortably accommodate up to 2 persons. It 
has a private bathroom which includes a shower, toilet and a 
sink . The walls are tiled with white ceramic and the floor is tiled 
with dark gray ceramic. One set of fresh towels and bed linens 
are provided during your visit. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

There is a  kitchenette, with a sink, 2 electric burners, a fridge, a 
microwave and most of the utensils you will need (coffee machine, toaster...).

** The studio also has DSL INTERNET HOOKUP - Please note - with the DSL internet 
hookup, you will need your laptop, along with an electric converter, suitable for French 
voltage of 220v.

The studio has a full sized bed (suitable for two adults), a dining table, 4 chairs, a 
closet/cabinet, TV, DVD player (European Region 2 ONLY), CD player, telephone (local calls 
only ), hair dryer (one less thing to pack!!), iron/ironing board, washing machine.

The main room has all white walls and wood flooring. 

The neighborhood surrounding the studio has all the necessary 
food facilities, such as supermarkets, bakeries, grocery stores 
and a post office located within minutes from the studio. In 
addition, the neighborhood has several trendy restaurants, bars, 
clubs and shops. 

Vacation Rental Rates

The minimum rental time is 4 days and the rates are as follows :

75 euros = 4-6 days
400 euros = 1 week
700 euros = 2 weeks
800 euros = 3 weeks
900 euros = Monthly

The rental fee includes taxes and charges, such as electric, gas, 
water, DSL internet hookup and telephone (local phone, this does not include international 
calls or calls to cell phones within France). 

In addition, there is a Damage Deposit which is calculated 
depending upon the length of your visit. This can range from 300 
euros to 900 euros. The Damage Deposit will be returned at the 
end of your visit, provided that nothing in the studio requires 
repairs as a direct result of your visit.

A Reservation Deposit is required at the time of booking. 
Payment arrangements will be made at time of booking to 
ensure your confirmation. Please note that your reservation is 
not fully confirmed until your Reservation Deposit has been 
received.
