Highlights include 3rd floor sun deck with ocean views. House has 3 bedrooms. Master has king size bed,
second bedroom has twin beds. Loft has a queen bed. Three full bathrooms. Family room has queen size
sleeper sofa. Gourmet eat in kitchen. Side patio has barbeque.
Formal dining and living area that opens to front patio. Two car garage with driveway..parking for 4 cars or boat
RV trailer. Ceiling fans through out and 3 fireplaces. Porta crib and 2 roll away beds available. This home is
beautifully decorated through out and has spacious 2300 square feet located in the North Beach Villages
Neighborhood of fun filled Oceanside, CA along the "San Diego Riviera".
Home is within 3 short walking blocks to everything: beach, pier, mega movie complex, shops, restaurants,
grocery store, train and bus stations.
Enjoy Oceanside's very own harbor. Enjoy free fishing off the longest wooden pier on the West Coast. Once you
reel in your big fish, walk down to the end of the pier and choose from a variety of flavored milkshakes. You
might get lucky and see the seals playing in the waves. Walk to downtown Oceanside and enjoy a meal in one
of several eateries. My favorite is Hill Street Café. Catch a movie in Oceansides very own Cinema.
Take a walk down to the Marina and enjoy your favorite sea food plate at Joes Crab Shack, listen to music at
the Monterey Bay Cannery while sipping on your favorite libation. For those of you who missed your shot on
American Idol....don't worry.....you can enjoy picking up the microphone and singing your favorite tune on
Karaoke night in the upper level of the Jolly Roger Restaurant. In case you may have had to much to eat or
drink you can walk it off with a leisurely stroll down one of the prettiest beaches in California and watch the sun
set.
On those days when you are feeling adventurous head south about 35 miles and pet the sting rays or catch the
Shamu show at Sea World. Make sure and see Summer nights at the world famous San Diego Zoo and Sea
World. Visit downtown San Diego and tour the Museums at the harbor. Walk on the very ship that Russell
Crowe was on when he filmed "Master & Commander" (I did)! Crawl through the Port Holes of an old submarine.
When you get hungry visit The Gas Lamp Quarter for some of the finest food you will ever have. My
recommendation is "Rai Do Gado" A Brazilian Steak House.
Don't forget to go North to visit Mickey and his friends at Disney land or Soar high above the California
Vineyards on "Soaring over California" (my favorite attraction) at California's Adventure Park. Visit Universal
Studios and see the set of Desperate Housewives or learn how they do special effects in your favorite movie.
Take a walk down Sunset Blvd. and find your favorite star on The Walk Of Fame in Hollywood or take a horse
back ride up to the Hollywood sign.
