Book this maintenance free two bedroom, two bath, two car garage home for your winter retreat, summer getaway or a longer lease if work takes you to our corner of Florida.
An office/study doubles as sleeping for one. A large den/dining area has big screen HD TV with movie channel and DVD player. There are three dining areas, care free ceramic tile in wet and walk areas, screened lanai with pool and hot tub.
King bed master suite has TV, large two head shower and spa tub. The 2nd bedroom has queen bed. Also, the den features a queen sofa sleeper.

The friendly Waterlefe River Club and Country Club offers guests use of golf,
and dining facilities. Golf fees apply and vary with season.
You will be furnished remote controls for access to the gated community and garage door lift.
Electronics include HD TV, CD, DVD and Radio. WiFi is also available for a small fee.

Swimming and hot tubbing in the lanai and outside gas grill on patio. Bicycles are available and a nature walk trail is a few steps away. Boating on the Manatee River.
