access to the pool, beach and parking lot. Don't wait on the elevator; just take one flight of stairs and you are on the beach. Please add 10.5% room tax, $125 cleaning fee, and 3.5% admin fee. 25% deposit is due at booking.  The balance is due 14 days prior to arrival date. Navarre Properties offers Travel Guard trip insurance which is 7% of the total cost.
