Plaza Marina-S6 aka Casita Azul is one of several privately owned ocean front condominiums in the Plaza Marina complex.  The condo has a spectacular view, with the ocean practically beneath your feet, refreshing ocean breeze from your personal balcony, and a premium, central location to everything you want or may need!  Transportation from both the Cancun and Cozumel airport is easy!  From Cancun, just schedule an airport transfer, board the bus, or take a taxi.  From Cozumel, take a taxi to the ferry & take the short 35 minute ferry accross.

Plaza Marina is within the upscale golf course community of Playacar.  The beaches of Playacar are absolutely breathtaking.  You can walk for miles up and down the beautiful beaches.  Swimming and water sports are available just down the stairs of the condo, or you can relax all day along the sandy beaches.  Stroll over to one of the neighboring restaurants and dine on the fabulous cuisine of Mexico with the turquoise waters practically at your table.  For more shopping, site-seeing, or water sports, you can board the ferry to the famous Cozumel island just outside of the complex.  Travel to major Mayan Ruin sites (Tulum, Chichen Itza, or Coba) by boarding one of the first class buses just two blocks away.  The condo location is central to all of the activities that Playa Del Carmen has to offer.  We guarantee that if you walk down the beaches of Playa Del Carmen, you'll have numerous restaurants, nighclubs, and entertainment venues to enjoy!
