SMOKY MOUNTAIN HIDE*A*WAY vacation retreat located in the beautiful 
Smoky Mountains on a secluded lot, on paved roads, in the Maggie 
Valley country club in North Carolina. 
This beautiful 3 bedroom/3 bath log home is nestled above the Maggie 
Valley Country Club, with long range mountain and golf course views.  
Since the property is at the end of a ridge, you are afforded a lot 
of privacy. 
Your SMOKY MOUNTAIN HIDE*AWAY is just a short drive away from the 
quaint towns of Maggie Valley Waynesville and Cherokee. The 
enchanting décor of the cabin is truly mountain inspired in every 
room, making this an incredible setting for your vacation for years 
to come. The outdoor covered and open decks provide a great place to 
sit and watch the spectacular sunrise or spend an evening under the 
stars soaking your cares away in the hot tub or reading a good book 
in one of the many seating areas which are complete with rockers, 
glider, lounge chair and a beautiful teak dining table and chairs 
for a great outdoor meal cooked on the gas grill.  Take a walk 
around the beautiful Horseshoe Cove area to explore the best nature 
has to offer and be sure to watch our resident family of chipmunks 
that have made their home under the lower level deck. Open year 
round. -----4 wheel drive required in winter.

high speed internet access on your laptop, Gas Grill, Central A/C 
and Heat, 
Ceiling Fans in all rooms, Satellite TV (on each level), VCR/DVD, 
Phones (on each level), Radios/CD players (on each level), a desk in 
the loft area (where you can write your postcards or hook up your 
laptop to the DSL (fast internet access), Laundry room with extra 
large capacity Washer and Dryer, Cathedral Ceiling, Hardwood Floors, 
Dishwasher, Microwave, extra large side by side Refrigerator and 
Freezer with Ice Maker and Water in-th-door.  
Kitchen is fully equipped with Automatic Coffee Maker, Toaster, 
Electric Can Opener, Baking Pans/Dishes/Pots/Pans/Glassware, 
Silverware & Utensils.  All linens are supplied (sheets, towels, hot 
tub towels and kitchen towels).(all of the above is included the 
rental).  Each floor of the 3-level home has its own bedroom and 
full bath to offer complete privacy for our guests as well as your 
guests.  There is 1 King Size Bed, 2 Queen Size Beds, and 1 Single 
Sleeper Sofa.----- No Smoking in the house. No Pets Permitted

Activities and Attractions

On Site: As you roam around the home please feel free to say hello 
to and name the(60+) bears that are located throught the house.  Or 
just lounge around relaxing on one of the decks, take a soak in the 
hot tub, have a cookout on the grill.  Fill the bird feeder and sit 
back and view a large variety of song birds due to the fact that 
Maggie Valley is a Bird Sanctuary. Enjoy the heavenly views from the 
decks in one of the rockers, or enjoy a stroll around the Horseshoe 
Cove and Maggie Valley Country Club Area where you will find trails, 
waterfalls and many other beautiful sites. Near By: When you are 
ready to head out and enjoy the many activities of the surrounding 
area, Hiking, Golfing, Fishing, Horseback Riding, Rafting, Gem 
Mining, Train Rides, Children's Zoo, Go-Karts, Dinner Theaters, and 
Shows. Enjoy a leisurely stroll through the town of Maggie Valley, 
filled with shops, restaurants, entertainment, arts/crafts and 
outdoor festivals.  The nearby town of Waynesville has an old-time 
Main Street you'll enjoy with its quaint shops and eating 
establishments.   Also nearby is the Cataloochee Ski Area, Great 
Smoky Mountain National Park, The Blue Ridge Parkway, the city of 
Cherokee complete with a Casino and Indian Reservation as well as 
shops, resturants, and amusements.   The City of Asheville is a 30 
minute trip East where you can visit the Biltmore Estate and Winery 
or the Grove Park Inn as well as many other interesting sites.  If 
you prefer a day trip try Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge, Tennessee you 
will have a wonderful time but all that fun will have you longing to 
get back to your Hideaway to relax and maybe take a soak in the hot 
tub. Ghost Town is reopening in May of '07.

  
 

Vacation Rental Rates

The following is the current rate schedule for Smoky Mountain 
Hideaway, please see additional information following this list: 

January-May = $1075 per week or $765 for 3-Day Minimum
June - August = $1175 per week or $825 for 3-Day Minimum
September = $1075 per week or $765 for 3-Day Minimum
October = $1175 Per Week or $825 for 3-Day Minimum
November = $1075 Per Week or $765 for 3-Day Minimum
December = $1075 Per Week or $765 for 3-Day Minimum
Holidays = $1375 Per Week or $965 for 3-Day Minimum
****Additional Days are $150 
****Holidays are July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years 
Weeks (7-Day minimum with pre-set weeks depending on when Holiday 
fals)
****Add 10% for Local Sales and Occupancy Taxes ****Rental Fees are 
all inclusive
