Vacation Rental Description

Tilting Trees Apartment is a genuine gem of a find situated in the popular west coast area 
of Sunset Crest, St James and shares a swimming pool at the Baku Beach Club which is a 
five minute walk away.

The apartment has its own private entrance and is fitted out to a high standard and 
provides a fully air conditioned open plan lounge/dining area, incorporating a fully fitted 
kitchen. 

The bedroom is also air conditioned and has a modern en suite shower room.

Outside the apartment has a furnished veranda at the front.

     

Vacation Rental Amenities

Lounge/dining - Cable TV and DVD/CD player.

Kitchen - refrigerator/freezer, oven, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, coffee making 
machine, blender and cooking utensils.

Bedroom - fitted double wardrobes queen size bed and a double sofa bed. Linens and bath 
towels and a weekly maid service is provided.

Activities and Attractions

Five minutes walk from the popular St. James beach, and Holetown where there are shops, 
restaurants, banks and a supermarket.

Beach activities include, swimming, snorkeling/diving, jet skiing and many more.

Golf at the popular Sandy Lane is located two minutes away.

Vacation Rental Rates

April 16th - December 14th  $550 per week.

December 15th - April 15th  $660 per week
