This house has it all,just bring your bathing suit a good book and
even your boat.We are a 5 minute walk to the beach, no parking
problems no bridges to contend with just you the beach and sand. If
you are grandparents then we are a great choice for your little
ones. We have a crib, highchair, bike, bed rail and the Red Flyer
Wagon to take the kids to the beach .
We have loads of toys books and beach toys as well.
For the techies we have HIGH SPEED INTERNET and 3 TVS all cable
equipped.
This house was completly renovated in a south beach
style.
Clean crisp lines and colors create a very zen holiday home.This
home
has a very tropical uncluttered look and wonderfull windows all
across the back of the house looking on to the pool and canal.The
entertainment area is complete with sunken mahogany bar with built
in
Jenn-aire stove bar fridge and wonderfully comfortable key west
style
bar chairs.
The dining room has a solid pecan table which seats 10 and a built
in
china cabinet with ample dishes for your every need.
The kitchen has a double door ice and water dispensing
fridge,dishwasher,stove microwave,garburater etc.
There are three living rooms. One at the front of the house which is
very calm and serene,and great place for a lovely expresso or a Long
Ils. iced tea. The next living room is open area adjacent the bar
area. This area has a wasabi microfibre couch and chairs overlooking
the clear blue pool and garden. The final living area has linen
look
sofa with chairs clustered around the TV home entertainment sound
system.The house is equipped with a new built in sound system which
can pipe your favorite cds throughout the house as well as outside.

The house has a huge master suite with new Lafayette style furniture
and new pillow-top mattress.The master bathroom has not only a huge
jacuzzi but also a large glass walk-in shower.
the 20 ft his and hers custom closet is sure told hold all your
Macy's purchases.
The sliding doors all across the back wall which open to the garden
will ensure the optimum view of the garden and pool while you take
that well deserved afternoon rest.The next bedroom is very bright
and
colorful with queen size pillow -top new matress and new savanah
style furniture with huge wall to wall closet. The ajoining bathroom
is all new marble with sunken tub. The third bedroom is very
pottery
barn looking in oxford blues.This room has 2 new twin beds with
again wall to wall closets and again the ajoining bathroom has a new
walkin shower and door to the pool area for easy access.
Pool is heated and was recently re-done. The patio and The patio and back yard
are southern exposure with ample room to soak up the
Florida sun.

The house has all new furniture and linens etc.

This home is located in a private community called Bermuda Riviera.
The house in on a quiet cul-de-
sac ideal for families or anyone wanting a peaceful holiday. We are
just off of A1A with all the fine dining shopping and all the
other activities that Fort Lauderdale has to offer.We can offer
housekeeping and food shoping service if need be.
We have a crib and high chair and 1 adult bike and one child's bike.
