Enjoy the sugar white beaches and emerald waters just a block away or plan the family cookout on your large 12X18 deck overlooking the private pool. Or for the "social butterflys" in your group, walk across the court to the enormous community pool(heated in winter some months). You'll also want to take advantage of the 2 tennis courts
andsand volleyball pit.

• Pet Fees run from $150-$300
• Deposit: 50% of total rent is due to secure home.
• Balance of rent, tax and damage deposit must be paid 30 days prior to check-in day.
• Damage Deposit: $500-$1000 Damage Deposit is refunded Wednesday after check-out if home is left in good order.
• Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal are accepted. There is a 3% charge on credit card
