Vacation Rental Description

Stunning 4 bedroom 4 bathroom home less than 100 feet from  
the sugar sand beach with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico,  
Captiva Pass and Pine Island Sound.  Lazy Dolphin is ideally suited  
for two families featuring 2 master suites with private bathrooms,  
tv's, and private lanai, and two twin bedrooms with shared  
bathroom.   
The 30 foot private pool is situated in a screen enclosed outdoor  
living area with pool bar, ceiling fans, lounges, dining tables,  
foosball table and outdoor shower.  With over 2500 square feet of  
airconditioned living space and 2500 square feet of outdoor living  
space, including five separate decks and a mezzanine, there a plenty  
of large spaces to gather and many private places for quiet  
relaxation.

Less than 100 feet to beach, beach views from all levels, 4 bedrooms  
sleep 10, 4 bathrooms, screened heated private pool, pool bar with  
sink, refrigerater, grill, stereo and tv, ourdoor shower, mountains

coolers, large rooms, new furniture, large washer/dryer, tons of  
linens, 5 tv's, 2 stereos, 2 vcr, 2 dvd, game system, cd's, vcr  
tapes, dvd's, games, books, brand name appliances including separate  
high capacity ice maker, cookware, dinnerware, complete kitchen  
tools, and glasses of every shape and size.

Activities and Attractions

In addition to an unlimited amount of beach activities, guests of  
the  
Lazy Dolphin will also enjoy the privelidges of membership at the  
North Captiva Island Club with a grocery store, gourmet restaurant,  
pool bar, competition size pool, clay tennis courts, ocean kayaks, jet ski rental, boat rental,  
charter fishing,  
basketball court, play ground, and supervised "Kids Club".  Around  
the island, and at the state nature preserve, guests can expect to  
see dolphins, manatees, sea turtles, sea otters, all manner of birds  
including pelicans, osprey and heron, and possibly the famous (or  
infamous) wild bore.  And of course, the fishing is awesome - both  
in  
Captiva Pass and off the beach.
