Vacation Rental Description

Located within Marbella at Spanish Wells, a new, upscale gated community, only minutes from the area's finest  
beaches.  Marbella boasts many amenities, including two neighbourhood pools. 
  
This 2 bed + den, 2 bath condo is located on the second floor on a quiet street that ends in a cul-de-sac.  The  
unit has an open, airy design, with windows and a view through the unit to the lanai and the lake beyond. The  
unit is brand new (September 2007) and provides comfortable, spacious accomodation. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

The master suite has a queen bed, with an en-suite master bathroom which includes bath tub, large separate  
shower unit and his and hers washbasins. The bathroom opens up to a large walk-in closet. The second  
bedroom also has a queen bed and is right across the hall from the second bathroom.  There is a den  
containing a sleeper bed, (more suitable for younger guests) and also has a desk. The fully equipped kitchen,  
dining area and living room are all open plan, with views out to the lake.

Activities and Attractions

This is an ideal location for beach lovers. The closest beaches, Bonita Beach and the exclusive Barefoot Beach  
are about five minutes away, whilst Lovers' Key is some six miles away.   
 
Naples Beach, Fort Myers Beach, Vanderbilt Beach, Sanibel and Captiva Islands are all within easy reach.  After  
a day at the beach, it is always nice to stop off at one of the two shared, community pools before returning to  
the condo to enjoy a relaxing drink on the lanai, or a game of backgammon, scrabble, or even a game of cards  
(games provided).  
 
Marbella is close to many public golf courses, as well as resort courses and numerous private courses, making  
Bonita Springs a Golfer’s paradise. 
 
Access from Southwest Florida Regional Airport (RSW) is particularly easy. The airport is only 20 minutes away,  
lying just 15 miles north on the Interstate (I-75). From I-75, Marbella is just two miles along Bonita Beach Road,  
heading West in the direction of Bonita Beach.   
 
Good shopping and dining abounds. The recently built Coconut Point Mall is receiving good press and the  
upscale Miramar Outlet Center is only ten minutes away. Ice Hockey can be watched at the Germain Arena,  
which is adjacent to Miramar. There are many fine restaurants nearby and with Naples only a 15 minute drive  
away, an enjoyable dinner always awaits you.
