This Oceanfront cottage, sited on Morse Cove on Pensobscot Bay, has
incredible views and gorgeous sunsets.

The house has its own rocky beach at low tide.

Located six miles from Castine village near Devereux's Boat Yard.

The house is bounded by a creek on one side and a boat launch on the
other and is very private.

This house is priced accordingly since it is scheduled for a
complete renovation in Fall 07. The floors are presently painted
plywood and the walls need painting. However, the house is clean
and very livable. Lightly furnished, the house includes:

$600 per week or $2,200 per month (all inclusive of electricity,
telephone and high speed internet service)
