The condos are situated right across the street from Heavenly's
Stagecoach ski lift. It is the ultimate winter location. You
will be the first on the mountain.

During the summer, Lake Tahoe offers incredible outdoor activities,
including hiking and mountain biking trails leading to panoramic
vistas overlooking Lake Tahoe and Carson Valley. The Tahoe Rim
Trail which circles the entire lake has a trail access point at the
Stagecoach Lodge.

South Lake Tahoe's casinos, entertainment, and shopping are 5 miles
away.
