Paris Penthouse Studio with Rooftop Terrace in Paris

Our cozy Penthouse Studio with its own private Terrace is located a
block and a half from the Louvre in the heart of the premier
arrondissment of Paris. You can not get more central.

Location, location, location. You are within walking distance of the
Louvre, Palais Royale, Notre Dame, Musee D'Orsay, Tuilleries Gardens,
Champs Elysees, Opera, Left Bank, Place St Michel, Rue St Honore.
The view from our terrace covers a magnificant look at the Monmartre
and the illuminated church of the Sacred Heart (Sacre Cour).

The
terrace is the perfect spot for an afternoon lunch, evening dinner or
nightcap before going to bed.

Our charming studio sleeps up to 4 persons on one queen and two
single beds. The singles are a trundle bed that makes into a couch
by day. The kitchen is separate as is the WC separate from the Salle
de Bain.

We have satilite TV so you can keep up with happenings in
your own language.  High Speed is connected in the apartment.  We have installed a telephone system that allow you to make calls to most parts of the world for free so long as the time per call is less than 15 minutes.

Our apartment is located on the 6th floor of a building that has
elevator service to the 5th floor so you will have to walk up one
flight of stairs. It is little price to pay for the view from the
terrace.

Unlike many apartment owners, we will send you keys to your home
prior to your leaving on you vacation. There is no need to
rendezvous with a key person in Paris or to go to a central place to
pick up the keys before you arrive at the apartment. Instead you
will have keys in hand and a full set of instructions including
detailed color maps. Of course we have staff in Paris in case you
have a problem or need some help.

So if your travel plans change with an early or late arrival, you do
not have to notify anyone. We have sent keys to guests from Asia,
Europe, South American and North American without problem.
Also we accept Visa and MasterCard to facilitate international
bookings. Remember the $ is low just now.

Apartment comes with fresh linens for your stay. Stove, Refrigerator,
Microwave, coffeemaker, TV Satilite (CNN), High Speed Internet, international telephone with free calls, Stereo.
Elevator to 5th floor and walk up to sixth floor, one flight of
stairs.
Supermarket one block away. Bakery across the street.
