60 day cancellation notice required for refund. Payment
for all rentals required 60 days before rental period. Cancellations
within 60 days of rental may be refunded if another tenant is
secured for the time period cancelled. Minimum 30 day rental period.

for muliple months. 3-6 months = 10%
Cleaning fee of $100 added to all rentals.
