Vacation Rental Description

A fantastically located three bedroom house, just 9 house lots from deeded 
private Ocean Beach. 

The house has a spacious, private yard ideal for barbecues, games, and relaxation. Relaxing outdoor 
shower for easy rinsing after a day at the beach. 

This property is a duplex home, which comfortably sleeps 6 people on each side. - GREAT for families 
looking to vacation with friends! Houses can either be rented separately or together.

Each house features a front-to-back open living area, including a spacious dining area and a fully 
equipped kitchen.  Each house has three bedrooms (one double, and two twins), one bathroom with a 
tub and shower. Basic cable, color TV, microwave, iron, vacuum, clothesline, gas grill, lawn chairs, 
and a picnic table.

Note: This property is individually owned and managed by the same family that built the homes in 
1966. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

The house is an equidistant walk to Swan River and the Lighthouse Inn.  You will be able to boat, 
swim, fish, check out the marine life, or just stroll along the beaches of the Sound in West Dennis. 

Plenty of fun for kids at nearby mini-golf, arcades, batting cages, go-carts, bumper cars. Wonderful 
dining and exciting nightlife close by. Visit Dennis Playhouse, take a day trip to watch the whales, 
seals, or to the Islands, or savor the flavors at the Sundae School.

HIGH SEASON. .. Mid Jun-Labor Day ... $900 PER WEEK  (per unit).Rental Period Saturday to Saturday.
LOW SEASON ... May, Jun, Sep, Oct ... $600 PER WEEK  (per unit)

Saturday to Saturday rentals, check in 3:00 P.M., check-out 10:00 A.M 
no pets and no smoking.
