These villas are perfect for families with three or four kids! I've added bunk beds to the second bedroom so now this room will sleep four comfortably and the villa sleeps six in beds without opening the sleeper sofa! 

Why bring all of your beach stuff from home? Just bring your swimsuit and beach towels! We provide the rest including backpack beach chairs, beach umbrellas, sand toys, boogie boards, and a beach buggy to roll all of your stuff to the beach. COCO'S our BEACH SIDE CABANA will have everything you could want from food, drinks, tables, shade, restrooms, ice, sunscreen, etc. Don't feel like walking the five minutes on the boardwalk to our private beach? We have a free BEACH SHUTTLE.  For rainy days just hang out in the INDOOR HEATED POOL building where there is also a jogging track, hot tub, kiddie pool and exercise room. This building also has FREE WIRELESS INTERNET connection so bring your laptop.

This newly renovated two bedroom, two bath villa is conveniently located on the first floor. Patio is overlooking the outdoor pool and deli with grocery store and internet cafe and just steps away from the private boardwalk to the beach. Need additional villas? The den has a queen-size sleeper sofa making this villa sleep 6 comfortably. Television is equipped with a DVD and VCR player with 64 cable channels and 7 HBO movie channels. Patio is perfect to watch kids at the pool! Island Grill & Deli is right outside your door.Fully equipped kitchen with dishes, pots & pans, toaster, coffee maker, blender, microwave, dishwasher, and all other kitchen necessities. Just bring the food! We have supplied everything else that you will need to create your favorite low-country meal.

Spacious master bedroom with queen-size bed, ceiling fan, television, and private bath with tub and shower. Second bedroom has bunkbeds with a double on the bottom and a twin on top. There is another twin bed making this room sleep four comfortably and has television with DVD & VCR. Another full bath is just outside the door.We provide movies, books and games for family fun.

And last but not least our beautiful beach! There is a private boardwalk over a scenic salt-water marsh abundant with wildlife including herons and egrets. At the beach you will find Coco's the resort's private cabana with food, drinks and restrooms. No roads to cross and just a five minute walk to one of the last private beaches on the island. Our beach is never crowded. We also have a free beach shuttle.

Hilton Head Resort is a 24 hour gated community convenient to golf, bike paths, shopping, movie theaters, restaurants, and of course the beautiful beach. The resort is adjacent to the Robert Trent Jones ocean course at Palmetto Dunes.
