Renovated condo unit, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, ground floor, covered 
parking walking distance from beach. Private gated resort community 
with 24 hour security. For those with a more active lifestyle we 
have golf, tennis and swimming in heated pools.  Enjoy a very 
tranquil and peaceful location with beautiful landscaped 
surroundings. With the ocean just steps away you can watch the 
sunrise and sunset from our unspoiled and secluded beach. Our master 
bedroom features a King Size bed with a full bedroom set, an extra 
dressing vanity, 3 closets, HDTV. and dvd player. The second room 
has 2 Queen beds a large closet and LCD TV with a dvd player. The 
family room has a sofa w/ recliners, wicker chairs and an 
entertainment center with a Bose wave Sound System and a large HDTV. 
The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances. This unit 
has Wireless Internet Service, 3 telephones, also a washer and

Vacation Rental Amenities

Beautiful restaurant (Seafare),within walking distance of unit, 
overlooking the ocean. Also a Tiki Bar which is located by the 
oceanside pool and serves drinks/lunch. There is a 9 hole executive 
golf course, 9 tennis courts, 3 heated pools with a hot tub, full 
workout room with sauna and shower facilities  and many more 
amenities like a putting green, bocce ball and shuffleboard.

Activities and Attractions

Near  Manatee Observation Area, shopping malls, restaurants, 
fishing /boating trips at the Fort Pierce Marina. Also less than 2 
hours away from Disney, Epcot Center and Universal Studios.

$250 Security Deposit, $85.00 to have condo cleaned when you depart.
A $300.00 property damage fee will be collected and will be

Cancellation Policy: No refund policy for cancellation less than 30
days prior to arrival.
