Come to Florida and see what Sunny Isles area of Miami Beach is all 
about.  Our 2 bedroom condo is located on Collins Ave. and is 
approx. 1400 sq ft.  Fully equipped with King Size Bed in master 
bedroom and full size bed with bunk bed on top in 2nd room.  Also 
has sleeper sofa in living room.  Beach access right across street 
on Collins.
Two full baths and the kitchen is fully equipped with Microwave, 
Toaster/oven, coffee pot, etc.  It is fully furnished with bed 
linens and beach towels.  

The apartment is located approximately 20-30 minutes away from 
popular South Beach and within minutes of Aventura Mall.  This 
bayview apartment offers a swimming pool, jacuzzi (not avail at this 
time) a 24 hour security guard and a restaurant on site.  Jet-skiing 
and water activities can be found nearby in this lovely area of 
North Miami Beach.
